CWA are advancing proposals for a new private residence in the rolling landscape outside Belgooly village. The house is conceived as a simple compact square form sitting as an ‘object’ in the landscape. The living spaces are orientated to the views and light, while support spaces such as bathrooms and utility rooms are positioned together in a function blocks.
